美食分享~肉醬意粉材料： 意粉洋蔥青椒磨菇免治牛肉蒜茸芫茜茸 125克1/2個1/4個25克125克1粒1湯匙 蕃茄 (罐裝)茄膏芝士百里香thyme牛肉汁水、上湯150克1/2湯匙15克1/4茶匙1/2茶匙100毫升 製法：1. 洋、青椒切粒。蒜頭、芫茜切碎。磨菇切片。芝士磨茸。2. 用油爆香蔥、蒜茸、青椒，炒約5分鐘，加入磨菇，免治生肉煮至半熟；加入茄膏、蕃茄，thyme、上湯、胡椒粉攪勻。蓋上煲蓋慢火煮30分鐘後加入芝士茸，溶後收火。3. 燒水約1000毫升，加1/4茶匙鹽及意粉，煮至軟身後隔去水份。用1湯匙牛油拌勻後上碟。4. 把肉醬淋於意粉上，以芫茜茸裝飾。   .
